Karen Eliza (North Carolina, USA, 1983) is an artist and a former professional contemporary dancer who holds a BS in Interior Design (2025) and a BFA in Contemporary Dance (2004). Her journey has taken her to the vibrant cities of NYC and Berlin where she lived for years. In 2023, she completed a presence training program led by Eckhart Tolle and holds past certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT & NSCA-CSCS) and Meditation Teacher. Forever a dancer at heart, she continues to learn—imperfectly—and relishes the process of improvisation.
