Karen Eliza (b. 1983, North Carolina) is an artist, pescatarian and former professional contemporary dancer whose work bridges the arenas of dance, meditation, interior design and art. Her path is carried by a philosophical emphasis on sustainable materiality and a spiritual undercurrent that evokes what’s essential and unseen. With degrees in Interior Design (2025) and Contemporary Dance (2004), her journey has taken her to the vibrant cities of NYC and Berlin where she lived for years. In 2023, she completed a training program led by Eckhart Tolle and has certifications as a Personal Trainer and Meditation Teacher. Forever a dancer at heart, she continues to learn—and relishes the process of research.
